- What is Reply or Run?
- Reply or Run is your brutally honest AI dating bestie. You paste a conversation with a guy and it gives you a straight read — what he's really doing, his green and red flags, who's putting in the effort — plus what to text back, or an honest reason to leave it on read.
- How does it work?
- Paste the back-and-forth, and the AI reads the whole pattern — not just the last message. It builds a profile card for him that gets sharper every time you add a new chat, and when you need words, it writes replies in your tone: soft, unbothered, or savage.
- Is Reply or Run free?
- There's a free tier: 3 saved people, 10 bestie messages a week, and 10 reply packs a week. Updating a card with new texts and sharing a card are always free. If you want those limits gone, Premium is a paid subscription — see Pricing for the exact amounts.
- How much is Premium, and how am I billed?
- $4.90 USD a week, or $29.90 USD every 3 months. Whichever you pick renews automatically at that price until you cancel, and you're charged at the start of each period. Payments are handled by our reseller Paddle. Full detail on the Pricing page.
- How do I cancel?
- From your profile, any time — no email required. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account returns to the free tier with your saved cards intact.
- Can I get a refund?
- We apply the statutory rights you have by law rather than a broader goodwill policy. If you're in the EU or UK you have a 14-day right to withdraw, which you waive by starting to use Premium straight away — the Refund Policy spells out exactly how that works and how to ask.
- Is it a real person or actually AI?
- It's openly an AI — no one is reading your texts on the other end pretending to be a friend. Think of it as a sharp, honest friend who happens to run on a language model.
- Will it ever tell me not to reply?

- Can it help with mixed signals or breadcrumbing?

- Is my conversation data private?
- Your texts are sensitive and we treat them that way. We never send conversation content to analytics, and we don't sell your data. To generate a read, the text you paste is processed by a third-party AI provider. See our Privacy & Terms for the full detail.
- Do I need an account?
- You sign in with Google so your saved contacts and their cards stay tied to your account and are there when you come back.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes. It's a web app that runs in any modern mobile or desktop browser, including in-app browsers. It's paste-first on purpose, so you never need camera or file access to get a read.
- Is this therapy or relationship advice?
- No. Reply or Run is an entertainment and vibe-check tool, not therapy or professional relationship, legal, or medical advice. If a situation ever feels unsafe, please reach out to people you trust or local support services.
