Refund Policy
Last updated August 12, 2026
Reply or Run sells one thing: a Premium subscription that unlocks the app's limits. This page explains when a payment can be refunded and how to ask.
The short version
- ·Premium is billed in advance for each period and renews automatically until you cancel.
- ·Cancel any time from your profile. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for; the unused part of that period isn't refunded.
- ·We apply the refund rights you have by law — we don't offer a broader satisfaction-guarantee window on top of them.
- ·Refunds are issued through Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method.
Your statutory right to withdraw (EU and UK)
If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw and get a full refund. Because Premium is digital content that unlocks instantly, you consent at checkout to us starting immediately, and you acknowledge that doing so ends that withdrawal right once you begin using Premium. If you subscribe and don't use any Premium capability, contact us within those 14 days and we'll refund in full.
Consumers elsewhere have whatever equivalent rights their local law gives them, and nothing on this page removes them.
Cancelling instead of refunding
Cancelling is the usual answer to "I don't want to be charged again." Do it from your profile at any time: the next renewal stops, you keep Premium until the period you've already paid for runs out, and your saved cards stay exactly where they are on the free tier. We don't pro-rate or refund the remainder of a period you've already used.
Things we will always sort out
- ·A duplicate or accidental double charge — refunded in full.
- ·A charge after you cancelled — refunded in full.
- ·A payment you don't recognise. Card statements show the charge via Paddle rather than our name, so check that first, then write to us.
- ·A sustained outage or a fault on our side that meant you couldn't use what you paid for — tell us and we'll make it right.
What isn't refundable
Periods you used, and dissatisfaction with the AI's opinion. Reply or Run is an entertainment and vibe-check tool: its reads are opinions and can be wrong, which is why the free tier exists — try it before you subscribe. Renewals you forgot about aren't automatically refundable either, though you can cancel the moment you notice so it doesn't happen again.
How to request a refund
Email hello@replyorrun.com from the address on your account, or call +373 79 787 973. Tell us what happened and roughly when you were charged — you don't need an order number. We aim to reply within two business days, and an approved refund is processed by Paddle and usually reaches your payment method within 5–10 business days. You can also contact Paddle directly as the Merchant of Record, and Paddle may issue refunds at its own discretion under its buyer terms.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank — it's slower for you than us simply refunding it, and a disputed account may lose access while the dispute is open.
