These terms cover your use of Reply or Run. By using the app or subscribing to Premium, you agree to them. How we handle your data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, and refunds in our Refund Policy.

What the service is

Reply or Run is an openly-AI entertainment and vibe-check tool for dating texts. You paste a conversation and it gives you an honest read, a profile card for that person, and suggested replies. It is not therapy and not professional relationship, legal, or medical advice. Its reads and predictions are opinions generated by a language model and can be wrong — use your own judgment for anything that matters.

You must be 18 or older to use Reply or Run. Use it lawfully and for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't use it to harass anyone, don't paste content you have no right to share, and don't try to break, scrape, or resell the service.

Accounts

You sign in with Google or Apple, and you're responsible for keeping that account secure since it's the key to yours. You can delete your Reply or Run account at any time from your profile; deleting it also cancels any active subscription.

Free tier and Premium

The free tier includes 3 saved people, 10 bestie messages a week, and 10 reply packs a week. Updating an existing card with new texts, viewing anything you've saved, and sharing a verdict card are always free. Premium removes those limits. Current prices are on the Pricing page.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• ·Premium is a subscription that renews automatically — weekly at $4.90 USD, or every 3 months at $29.90 USD — until you cancel. You're charged at the start of each billing period.
• ·The price and cadence are shown at checkout before you pay, and you confirm them there.
• ·You can cancel any time from your profile. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your Premium access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for, and then the account returns to the free tier with your saved cards intact.
• ·The price includes any VAT or sales tax due in your country — you pay the amount shown, and checkout itemises the tax within it.
• ·We may change prices for future billing periods. Any change applies from your next renewal, never retroactively.

Payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, and Paddle — not us — receives and processes your payment details. We never see or store your card number.

Availability and changes

Reply or Run is an early product. We may update, add, pause, or discontinue features as it evolves, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If we discontinue a paid feature entirely, we'll tell subscribers.

Your content

The conversations, nicknames, and chats you put into Reply or Run stay yours. You give us permission to process them for the sole purpose of running the service for you — generating your reads, cards, and replies — as described in the Privacy Policy. We don't sell your data.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions you make based on its output, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

If a conversation involves abuse, threats, coercion, or you feel unsafe, please step away from the app and reach out to someone you trust or a local support service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, where AI PHOTO JOURNEY S.R.L is established. If you're a consumer, this doesn't deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Reply or Run after a change means you accept the updated version.
